Upscaling Designs

Option 1: Select the Image

  1. Open your project and select the image you want to upscale.
  2. On the right side panel, the Image Details section will show the Source Size and the Effective DPI.
  3. From the image toolbar, select Resize Image.

Option 2: Low DPI Warning

Alternatively, if you manually resize your image beyond the recommended 300 DPI, an orange border will appear, along with a ‘Low DPI’ icon. Clicking on that will also bring up the Resize Image window.

Option 2: Low DPI Warning

In the Resize Image window, you have two options for upscaling your image: adjusting the Width and Height, or Upscale with AI.

Adjusting the Width and Height resamples the image to increase the size. Resampling recalculates and redistributes pixels as the image is resized, so the result stays as sharp and smooth as possible without adding any new detail.

Upscaling With AI uses AI to recreate the image at a higher quality by generating new details.

Experiment with both options to see which result you prefer.

Using Images from Your Asset Library

Step 1: Open the Asset Library

  • Click the Asset Library icon on the left menu bar.
  • A quick view opens showing recently used items, favorites, or AI‑generated images.

  • Images
  • AI Generated
  • Favorites
  • Projects
